Gina Waters Miller is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Entertainment One (eOne) in Nashville, TN.
 

    

Molly Neuman is the President of Songtrust, the world’s largest global royalty collection service and music publishing administrator. Under Neuman’s leadership, the platform has grown to represent more than 300,000 songwriters, 2,000,000 songs and thousands of music companies including publishers, distributors, and record labels. Prior to joining Songtrust, Molly was Head of Music at Kickstarter, Interim President and Vice President of the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), and held senior roles in label relations at Rhapsody International and eMusic. She was recognized on Billboard’s 2019 Women In Music List and 2018 Digital Power Players List. Her career in music began as the drummer in Riot Grrrl band, Bratmobile.

    

Dr. Portia Sabin is President of the Music Business Association. While working on her Ph.D. at Columbia University, she played drums, recorded, and toured with NYC band The Hissyfits. She founded Shotclock Management in 2004 and ran the legendary independent label, Kill Rock Stars, for 13 years. She is the host of a radio show and podcast about the music business called The Future of What. Sabin is a former board member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of The Recording Academy, the RIAA, and the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM).

    

Jennifer Masset has been an advocate for Independent music artists and labels for over 20 years. She started her career managing record stores in Chicago, Boston, NYC, and San Francisco before moving on to manage sales for USA division of a Berlin-based distributor, Studio Distribution. Jennifer then ran the North American office for !K7 Label Group before stepping in to connect American Independent content owners with services who bring them to market for the non-profit, Indie label trade organization, A2IM. As Spotify’s Head of Independent Label Support, her role ensures Indie artists and labels are best utilizing the platform’s many helpful tools and features.

    

Cameo Carlson is the President of mtheory Nashville, a services company providing global marketing and strategic support for managers that represent artists from Kacey Musgraves to Tyler Childers and Zac Brown Band. Prior to moving to Nashville in 2011, she was the Executive Vice President of Universal Motown and Republic Records in New York City. Her primary role at the label was Digital Marketing and Mobile Sales for a roster that included Amy Winehouse, Lil Wayne and Jack Johnson. In September 2008, Ms. Carlson was named one the Top Mobile Executives by Billboard Magazine for her work at UMRG. Cameo also co-created both the Nashville Music Equality group and the mentoring group Digital Divas to help young women in the Nashville music industry further their careers and knowledge of the intersection of music and technology.  

 

    

Leslie Fram/SVP Music & Talent/CMT. Leslie oversees music on all platforms for the channel and negotiates talent for all CMT Award shows, Tours and music franchises and oversees CMT franchises ‘Next Women Of Country’, CMT Equal Play and ‘Listen Up’. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Recording Academy/Nashville Chapter, the Academy Of Country Music, Save The Music, Music Advisory Council for Save The Music, Nashville Music Equality and Co-Founder of Change The Conversation.
